Make poverty history- and hunger as well!!

Guys....Did you know that every five seconds, a child dies of hunger in a world that produces food enough for everyone.A total of 6.5 million children each year never reach the age of five because hunger leaves them too weak to resist disease. Some 300 million children are chronically hungry in the world today. About 100 million are out of school, most often due to poverty and hunger. The time has come for us to seriously consider the effects of hunger throughout the continent. Join the fight by joining the fight hunger discussion group and visiting the site www.fighthunger.org. Signing up at this site means through the UN's World Food Programme you feed one child for day. It is a little but it will go a long way!!

Yesterday is gone......................

hie ladies and gents,

i found it really hard to keep the following wise in my diary why must people sleep at night-is there no better way of ending the day? enjoy your ride. Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only
today. Let us begin.

-Little things are indeed little, but to be faithful in little things is a
great thing.

-Nakedness is not only for a piece of clothing; nakedness is lack of human dignity, and also that beautiful virtue of purity, and lack of that respect for each other.

-Before you speak, it is necessary for you to listen, for God speaks in the silence of the heart.

-If you are humble nothing will touch you, neither praise nor disgrace, because you know what you are.

-Do not allow yourselves to be disheartened by any failure as long as you have done your best.

-If we really want to love we must learn how to forgive.

-If we pray, we will believe; If we believe, we will love If we love, we will serve.

-Only in heaven will we see how much we owe to the poor for helping us to love God better because of them. Calcutta can be found all over the world if you have eyes to see.

-It's we who, with our exclusion and rejecting, push our brothers and sisters to find refuge in alcohol and become drunks. They drink to forget the deprivation of their lives. Lest I be accused of being intoxicated with my own verbosity let me end here but of cause after saying what I believein.I believe everything happens because there is a reason EVEN THE WORST THINGS SO THAT WE CAN APPRECIATE THE BETTER THINGS WHEN THEY COME- NEVER REGRET
